I lived the first 36 years of my life in Fort Worth, Texas. I will always be a Texas Rangers fan first. However, living outside of Baltimore and working in DC these past 12 years, I am happy for good things to happen to the Washington Nationals. Being in the National League as they are, I have no quarrel with them unless they face my Rangers in the World Series one day. Since that does not seem to be imminent, I say, “Go Nats!” Congratulations to them on winning the World Series last week. I seeded this 9×9 themeless in honor of them. I hope you enjoy this little mid-week snack. A full-sized puzzle will drop this Saturday.
Welcome to all of you who found this site through the New York Times or Xwordinfo! I hope you enjoy.
